I also forwarded to Wilco management as an FYI.

To date, I've only heard back from the band. Emily from Tony Margherita Management sent me a gracious email emphasizing what I already knew: that Tweedy and company value their fans and want them to be safe and have a great time at the shows.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07214673746511095978noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4365964962012047427.post-73587708454323754132009-06-23T00:08:05.729-07:002009-06-23T00:08:05.729-07:00There's no excusing poor management or rude se...There's no excusing poor management or rude security, of course, but the Fox is still a very new venue and I believe this was its first Sold Out show. Obviously, they still have a lot of kinks to work out. If you haven't already, I suggest you email someone at Goldenvoice and/or the Fox Theatre about your experience. As someone who only lives about five miles from the Fox, I will probably attend future shows and I hope anyone who had a bad time will contact them, so they can hopefully learn from their mistakes.

Here are some links to send feedback:

http://goldenvoice.com/contact/
http://www.foxpomona.com/contact.phpAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
