Lost Mop Dog Update
As it turns out, the "Mop Dog" belonged to a neighbor on my block that had recently moved in. All's well that ends well!

Stray Mop Dog
This guy was being frantic and running around in my front yard when I got home. The other dogs aren't pleased that I brought him into our backyard and fed him.
